What will be the best way to reedem Amex MR points

I have Hit my 4L milestone and have accrued 52,000+ points plus a 10K taj voucher.
The rate of reward has come down from 50% to 40%. Instead of 25K I'd only get 20K now, plus 10K voucher.
I am considering purchasing Epicure Preferred membership that might effectively give me 4 nights (2 nights with epicure, 30K vouchers and maybe 10K more out of pocket).
Or do I not indulge there and get points transferred to Bonvoy, get 3 nights in a okish property or 2 nights at a good property and pay 30-40 K like i would've paid for epicure but not get any other benefits?

Marriott Bonvoy is the best redemption option for MR points, it’s best to wait for the bonus points offer released every year

To me, best redemption is transfer to Mariott-> United. Then utilize this route to book air tickets with 100% free cancellation, free excursionist perk(going away from 21st August). I don't want to spend 30-40K points on overpriced Marirott- properties.

What is the value in Rs per point when convert to United?
It is difficult to arrive value/point as value is dynamic. You get it transferred in effective ratio of 2:1 in batches of 60K points. From my experience, I got value of 80P per points, though you can get more than 1 re value as well in economy class with sweet spots. If you consider business class, then value will be even more 2X or 3X times.

So
1 amex point = 1 marriot = 0.5 United = 0.4 Rs?

This is the same case with Marriott points

I got 1₹ per point last year with Sheraton hanoi
Yes, I don't want to stay at Sheraton at all, Where Ibis/Novotel(Read free axis accor points) will take care of my comfortable stay. My philosophy is we don't go to international trips to lay around in hotel entire day, I just need to find decent place to sleep overnight. So mental pleasure of deriving maximum value of MR makes you spend your points on 5 star overpriced properties rather than saving cash on flight bookings. But again, perspective could differ, so I am not saying other approach is wrong. I just stated my strategy.
