I closed my axis flipkart earlier this year and applied offline for Atlas on July 18th. After 3-4 days the status changed to Applicaiton processing on HOLD and a support representative will reach out and no one contacted me till date. Reached out to the person who helped me to apply offline and today he said that application is stuck CTL issue and they are having an internal email thread going on and approval will come up shortly.
Wondering what on earth is CTL issue????
