What is best way to purchase Gold Coins using CC at maximum discount?

I have purchased recently using Myntra vouchers puchaed from SmartBuy porta.

some suggested to purchase APay Gift vouchers and redeem them on Maximise to buy Myntra vouchers at 5.5 % discount and then purchase Gold Coins on Myntra

But Myntra vouchers are rarely available on Maximise portal

Any more ideas please
