Looking for a way to change "email address" (mobile: most of them need bank visit)
  • without visiting branch
  • with/without savings account but only credit card
Could you list the easy steps to do that? TIA

What about those ?

Sharing what I know.

Login HSBC app, click the person icon in top right, then click the > symbol that appears next to your name. Then click contact details and edit email ID.

RBL
Not possible online or via chatbot, can be done through phone banking only. Super annoying path as well.

AU
There is an option to update email and other contact details on the app, but when I navigate there normally, it doesn't work. This is a easy work around that. Just visit https://www.aubank.in/personal-banking/video-banking/existing-customer
Then click update email ID. You'll get an option to visit AU101(the bank app). Click continue, enter pin/biometric of the app and you'll directly reach the page to enter new email ID and submit.

In case needed BOB Onecard:
Send a selfie of yourself holding your own card from both old and new email ID to help@getonecard.app mentioning that you want to update the email ID along with the reason
