Video kyc issue in chrome

I was doing tmb video kyc in chrome browser android(Samsung s23) .
While showing aadhaar using back camera , it is very blurry. I'm always facing this low quality issue during vkyc.
Is there any solution for this?

Yeah tried 2 3 browsers too, it's coming very burry

It's a common Samsung issue that has been around for a long time. In some VKYC sites/apps, Samsung uses the ultrawide camera instead of the primary camera, and the ultrawide camera cannot focus on nearby objects. You need to use a non-Samsung phone to complete the VKYC.

Currently, there is no known fix for this issue. If you found a solution let me know.

They cancelled the video kyc and then asked to visit the bank.

I visited bank, they said they don't have any information on online kyc, they can't do. They can create a fresh account.


My 2000 is stuck now, they are saying will he returned in 5 working days. Didn't open the account, form mei bahot hassle hai, rupay select samjhana padega ye sab

Open an account in branch and ask to apply rsdc as default dc.
Make sure u say no to chequebook.

Refund will come automatically within a week

They are saying, they don't open general account. Can only open premium account for 10K MAB.

Yeah lies, i suggest leave tmb.
Not worth the efforts u r putting for 1k fee card.
