DCB Using International Lounge with DCB

Haneda has lounges that accepts diners card but I have not heard too many success stories for international lounges for DCB.
Has anybody ever able to use the diners' network for international lounge access? Any tricks that I can use?

I don't think name is an issue.
Mention the name In the same format as mentioned in hdfc card application
