Urgent regarding hdf infinia smartbuy

Hdfc smartbuy app gyftr transactions are failing countinously on my hdfc infinia card

They ask me to wait for 72 hours and still after 72 hours transaction fails

This is serious issue as infinia is only good for smartbuy purchases else this card is of no use

you can try calling CS if not much helped then try Inifnia Concierge 912242320226. and it 3.3% reward Rate on most of Category expect rent and Government category so still a very good card and very hard to obtain for others plus if not LTF you get 12500 Reward point in exchange for paying the fees.

could some one confirm if smartbuy point limit of 15000 is applicable on extra 4x points or total 5x points for smartbuy voucher purchase?

4x. All these limits apply to accelerated RPs.
