Urgent help on HDFC smartpay bill payment

Hi
I have enabled hdfc smartpay for 3 of my cards for which due date is tomorrow. But until now the bill didn't get paid. I still see it as scheduled. So when I try to stop it, it's not allowing.. so now the question is if I pay it manually thru some other apps and keep my savings account empty, the scheduled payment may fail. In this case if smartpay failure will hdfc charge anything additional?

HDFC won’t charge anything, but banks (which CCs you hold) will bombard you with charges and a free cibil hit with a reason of dues are not paid.
 
The bill won't be paid now, for next month try deleting and readding cards and if only the bill gets fetched within first week of bill generation then it will be paid.

To avoid penalties pay from somewhere else.
 
A question related to rent payment using Smartpay
I'm using Redgirafe and have registerd the details there. Now adde RG ID as biller in HDFC and enabled Smartpay
If Redgirafe due date is 5-July >> When will the bill show in Smartpay, and when will it get auto-debited from the credit card?
Will the pay start showing a due earlier? Will the auto-debit happen from CC On 5th or before?


I know once RG received payment, they take 1-2 days to process to the bank account of landlord.... so want to ensure it hits his account on 4/5th ... and accordingly will change the date in RG
