URGENT HELP - Axis Flipkart cashback revoked

Hi

One of my friends used to buy gold coins on Flipkart using axis Flipkart card regularly. He got below sms today that the cb will be revoked and asking to pay.
And even I have been using my Flipkart card to buy gold coins but I didn't get this SMS or email. So if I close my card now even then they might send this to revoke cash back? Please help.

Don't worry.
They have deactivated your card ,they won't permanently close it.
You can do one thing try paying extra amount on your card and after your statement date sent a mail to pno of axis to credit excessive amount of your card into your bank account and relax.

Now you will get your excessive amount including your gained cashback.

In case you are not allowed to pay extra amount then don't worry.
Just wait until your next statement date and when you are sure that your current month cashback crediting date is over then send mail to pno and ask for excess amount
