UPI without debit card

Hi,

I have an Axis bank account with an ATM card (not debit card). When I try to register UPI, this account doesn't show up.
Customer care says I need to enable e-commerce transactions on my card but the ATM card doesn't allow to enable e-commerce transactions.
Is it necessary to enable e-commerce transactions?
Anyone come across such issues before?

Account number not showing up means, linking of mobile number to bank account is not updated. Hence while fetching data for UPI, it's not showing up.
For setting the UPI pin you would need DC pin.

Never faced any problem on upi
Update mobile number once again

I have 3 savings accounts with Axis and 2 of them show up, so I am sure the correct mobile number is linked.

You have said your account doesn't showing, troubleshoot that first. Setting pin won't be a problem
