UPGRADING TROUBLE BOB SUPER SAVINGS ACCOUNT

Yeah bro, I felt the same. But they’re not even listening—just saying they’re trying, but the backend team isn’t fixing the issue. And when I ask about the error, they say they have no idea what it even is.
i suggest one thing, pakka works.

Go to branch, give written form for upgrade to super savings.
Take photo of form before submitting.

Actually, It is true you cannot open another account after closing old account in Bob offline branch because the customer ID gets suspended and their cbs won't allow new account opening. You must open new one online which will create new cif id. That's what happened with my mother's account. Don't know about tab banking maybe it works.
This is wrong info. For existing customer even if u close account, they cannot open new account in tab or cbs. They have to send physical forms to head office. Then will open new account in same cust id by backend.

One can open 2 3 accs through this method under same cust id

Do as I say, it will surely works.

1. Visit branch and write a letter asking to upgrade to super savings account ( product code sb117).
Give it employee, if not successful, ask what error they are getting immediately .
( most employees just try to ignore tasks, doesn't mean its not possible. Never trust their words)

If not works, leave that letter with them ,say try tomorrow i cant come and leave branch.

2. After 1 day still scheme not changed means write a complaint on crm portal in bob website. They will resolve any backend issues. Ur work is done for sure
