I have a few insurance and offline gold jewellery purchases (Malabar gold) transactions coming up. Which card should I use?

Axis Atlas
Amazon Pay
Icici Times Black
Icici saphiro
Hdfc regalia gold
Amex travel plat (recently renewed- 0/4L milestone right now)
Hdfc tata neu (but not going to buy from tanishq)

Please advise soon fellow cc geeks.
