Was using Apollo pharmacy gyftr vouchers quite regularly and blindly bought 5k worth today only to realise the option to use voucher is no longer there, so gonna run after "companies" to figure this shit out.
So avoid the pain, if you used to buy gyftr Apollo vouchers stop for now till they fix it.

UPDATE: it works on the desktop website, so you can use them on there. Seems like only mobile app is affected.
Update 08/09 : not available on app or web now

redeemed an Apollo Pharmacy gift card via a-pay balance and got to know can be redeemed physically only.
went to the store the guy typed in the gv and the lights went out when he tried again the balance showed as 0

contacted gytfr but haven't received any response yet

But can you redeem the voucher and get the shop discount as well? Can they be stacked?

they said this is temporary tech issue and will fix soon, but they are unable to commit the date of resolution.

I complained on paytm about misleading tos and now they have changed it. Now paytm says the voucher can only be redeemed offline

Discount and vouchers cannot be stacked together at offline stores. The cashier at Apollo asked me to take either a 20% discount or use the voucher.

Not anymore. The Gift voucher option is discontinued since last month. Apollo has pathetic customer support. Suddenly changed the T&Cs of GV.

They told me that coupon code is not applicable on medicines I have added. I have asked them to share share terms and conditions mentioned whats included in the coupon then

first buy amazon voucher so it is 16.5-2.95%
then 10% discount on buying apolo voucher
then another 5% cashback

the tncs have been updated
i had purchased an inr 1000 gv and it was a pharmacy gv not the healing gift card
and the tnc is that for a 1000 gv you need to buy 1000 rs worth of medicines

buy apay vouchers from the accelerated reward portal then using apay balance by Apollo GVs at 8% discount
