Is there an option to do this through net banking? The reason is that my account balance has been put on hold due to cyber complaint.

Yes, there's an option in YONO App (main one not lite) and even in Internet Banking.

Steps for app:
Click on 'Service Request' placed at the bottom in LHS>View More> Account (nominee, alerts...)> Disable/Enable A/c (UPI)

this will work only, if i send money using upi right!
have to do this for receiving money

Why don't you verify by yourself?

Send/ Trf money from your non SBI A/c to SBI, using UPI as a payment mode.
If you don't have multiple accounts, use family member's one.

I don't even understand the cause of disabling/ blocking, when hold/ lien has been marked by Cyber Department. How it will gonna help you?

Why don't you verify by yourself?

Send/ Trf money from your non SBI A/c to SBI, using UPI as a payment mode.
If you don't have multiple accounts, use family member's one.

If blocking/disabling doesn't work, then there are other alternative as well, like deletion of old UPI ID or de-registration of UPI.

Baaki ke banks mein kuch nahi huwa? Layer mein ye log action lete hain na...
If you're innocent acted in good faith, then take NOC from them and submit it to your bank.

Block karke ₹1 ka test txn kar hi saktein hain? Baaki alternative bhi bata hi diya, you can deregister UPI or deleted old UPI ID, naya kisi ko share hi nahi karenge toh isse bhi credit nahi hoga...

cyber police station wale officer se baat kari, wo pune bula rhe hai baat krne ko & police wala 40k maang rha hai under the table, lawyer bhi more than 10k ki fees le lega. account me sirf 10k balance hi tha jo hold hua aur jis phone booker ki bajah se hua wo bol rha ki jitne hold hue hai wo transfer kara dega.
Sab kuch try kar liya, rbi oubsman,RTI, PNO.
Ek last option bachaa hai, agar IO within 2 months magistrate ko case update nhi karega toh, uski complaint karke & banks ko negotiate(under crpc section 102) krke wapas se unfreeze ho skta hai.

RTI application daali hai asking account closure possible hai agar cyber complaints hai toh.

Layer 6 ki transaction hui thi, self banks(canara) me bhi rotate kara tha but wo freeze nhi hui, low balance maybe the reason.
