It's not simple transactions/upi transactions. they are saying you have to complete 40 POS merchant transactions OR 40 E-com purchase transactions in a previous year.

I dont have this DC, but a quite a few people in this forum have reported that they do 40 txns per year and are not charged. Please search more in this forum.
