Unable to find UPI option while paying income tax

Today I was trying to file ITR. When I went to tax payment via SBI gateway, there are only 3 options as shown. So how do I use UPI via my HDFC Rupay CC (amount about 1.5 lac) without any charges?

You can use as CC, with paying Txn Charges

But charges will be more than benefits no? Want to save more, not spend more. I have Apay ICICI, HDFC Diners black, AU Zenith, HDFC Rupay CCs.
Option to pay via UPI via RUpay CC is removed for this FY is it?

Change the Bank gateway. Why insist on using SBI gateway?

Because other gateways levy charges on UPI via CC payment.

I am also looking for some way to pay using UPI via CC. Let me know if you find some way.

I'm also fine with paying through debit card if it can fetch some reward points.
I have
1. IDFC wealth, first tap rupay
2. SBI VDC rupay
3. Indusind Select Visa signature
4. HDFC Millenia
5. HDFc Platinum
6. Federal Bank Crown Visa

Does any of these fetch any rewards for income tax payment?
