Unable to add money to Amazon wallet using Millennia debit card

I was able to successfully add money (15,000) a week ago using Millennia debit card to my Amazon wallet but for the last 5-6 days, no matter what amount I try to add, I get error. I have also tried adding just 1000 and that too failed.

I specify the amount > Click Add money to wallet > Select the debit card > Click Pay > Now it should have ideally taken me to the OTP page but instead it shows "Processing your request > Confirming payment with your bank" > Fails with message (Payment failed: Your transaction failed for the selected card. Please try again with another payment method)

- KYC done
- The given HDFC bank debit card has a daily online limit of Rs.45000
- The debit card is showing Active
- I haven't reached my monthly wallet add limit. I see I can still add up to ₹1,80,000 to my Amazon wallet
- Using the given debit card, I added a total of Rs.40,000 in July.
- I even tried today an hour ago just to see if there's any monthly cap but again got the same error message.

Any idea why this is happening? I tried reaching out to bank and Amazon. They are just looking into it for the last three days

Amazon is blocking your DC, load in payzapp wallet instead.

Are you sure Amazon is blocking it?
Yeah, people have shared the same here. Too much wallet load flags it.

For Payzapp wallet load, I hope there are no charges.
There isn't, that's why suggested.

Is there any benefit to loading an Amazon wallet from a Millennia debit card?
All the wallet load portals have same reward structure for millennia DC, doesn't matter wherever you load. Mobi, chorepe, amazon etc.
