UBI Rupay CC Payment Issue

I have been using UBI CC for almost 5-6 months now.
But it has lot of issues while repayment.
Cred worked only once.
Paytm never.
PhonePe twice.
CheQ once.
Now this month's repayment was earlier accepted but then failed and refunded by CheQ.

Is this issue specific to UBI Rupay or Rupay in general?
Also any other way to make the payment other than UBI Card app (sucks; uninstalled)?

I use pnb rupay and payment made with Paytm, never face any issue
