SBI CC Payment Issue

Is anyone experiencing a "decline payment" error when making a payment through Netbanking via HDFC? I tried several times and my payment is not going through.

This is the message I got in my email with the card details "As requested by you, please note that the following payment was declined while processing through BillDesk"

I did not add any card because it is there already in SBI's portal. I am trying to pay through Netbanking.
