Seems like USA is preparing for the war 2028.
 
Everything needs presidential approval (currently President Trump). If this is signed, not only does India face the problems as Mr. Trump has good relations with Mr.Putin which is more than a relationship with India or Modi.
I think either this will be delayed or there is no actual sense for our representatives to negotiate a trade deal.

Why world relies on US? Answer is, world needs them and they know it. Technologically, they did something which has changed the world goes around and it can't be denied.

Some countries take money and investmenr and can never produce results while America takes money and give results which the world wants. America knows it that world won't go ahead without them and they are like a talented child which when gets to know family won't proceed without him or her they use their ability to manipulate.

World needs US as much as US needs world and aim is TRADE and TRADE only. No one can ignore a person with money and no one will attract to poor. If someone thinks otherwise they are just faking it out to satify their ego of not accepting US as master.

Those countries who have ignored US and Europe aren't even able to provide good food and healthcare on their own.
