Trouble getting Vistara co-branded cards. Both sbi and axis has rejected my application and i can't even apply with idfc.

My cibil score is 760. Already have DCB, Magnus, apay, airtel and iocl rupay. Have 3 cards already with Axis so they might have rejected based on that and with SBI no clue. Can anyone help me to apply?
