Transfer HDFC Regalia GOLD points to Accor

Wanted to confirm if i can transfer my wife's HDFC Regalia Gold points into my Accor Account.
Will name mismatch cause any issues?

Yeah name needs to be same.

Need not to be.. 'While transferring portal takes the ALL ID , First Name and Last Name..

Any idea if we get RG as FYF and later 2nd year onwards chances of fee reversal? I mean do they consider request of fee reversal in case not reaching fee waiver criteria of 4L.
