Topup paytm/apay balance using foreign debit/credit cards

Is it possible to topup paytm wallet or Amazon pay balance using international credit/debit cards either directly or by buying gift vouchers?

There are chances to add wallet balance by purchasing Gift cards using foreign credit only cards. But I am not that hopeful for Paytm.

Amazon pay balance? Tried doing that on Amazon itself but it didnt allow foreign debit and credit cards. Gyftr didn't show payment option either. Any other sites?

Just buy Amazon eGift card and activate yourself. You cannot load wallet balance directly now.

Yeah but buying amazon gift card from Amazon isn't allowed for foreign cards. After adding the card as payment option it doesn't list the card during purchase

See if you can buy Zingoy prepaid card. Then Zingoy prepaid -> Add card to Amazon Pay -> Purchase egift card with newly added card.

Zingoy prepaid card cannot be purchased using international cards. I am looking for what other options are there.
