Weight Gain, inactivity etc are the prime causes of high cholesterol and artery thickening ultimately leading to Thrombosis , Heamorrage also Strokes.
Incidentally Covid had people sitting in their houses( extreme inactivity ), gaining weight combined with Vaccinations.

Vaccines may have been the cause in few cases but NCDs are the primary.

Eating burger daily has more chances of getting get heart attack than this possibility.

Yes there is good and bad cholesterol. Even good and bad saturated fat .

30-60 minutes of exercise/ physical activity is optimal even if not doing cardio

This was global pandemic.it has implications and consequences.

This is the most commonly thing touted and while it does play an important role, but unfortunately the latest research seems to indicate that Indians (or South Asians) are genetically more predisposed to Strokes as compared to other ethnicities. Add our diet and lack of physical activity as you have mentioned and that leads to a deadly combination.
 
Bhai koi bhi vaccine k side effect hone hi hai. Aam junta ko ab probability, statistics aur odds ratio kon samjhayega.
