Zavo app was slow today and a payment made using the app failed - money debited and refund alert expected in 24 hours

Spoke to customer care and was told that there is a technical issue which is being resolved

You might want to avoid credit card pay bill payments until then

Their customer care number is unreachable. Didn't get any emails/SMS regarding refund

My transaction is not showing anywhere in app. I only got a message regarding the transaction as it is in pending by the bank.
