Tatkal Train Ticket on HDFC Smart buy

Hi, did anyone here booked tatkal ticket on HDFC smart buy portal? What is the trick.
When I am trying to proceed after entering passengers detail, it is given me following error
Tatkal incoming day booking not allowed before 10:15 AM- (58013)
But tatkal bookings starts from 10:00am. I am pretty sure no seats will be left till 10:15am for sure. 😅
What should I do..

Tatkal booking from 10 to 10:15 can only be done from irctc. No other third party webites/apps are allowed to book in this time frame..

To add Smartbuy doesn't allow the 120 day Advance reservation period booking too on the first day when booking open for the first few hours. I tried twice, it reached till payment stage but then transaction did not go through and amount was reversed. This also is an Indian Railway third party restriction.

Better, buy a ticket from the smartbuy, you will get 5% CB and save agent fees as well.
