What about live TV?
I bought Sony TV and DTH/Set top box is not available for me. I saw option for Tata Play binge but its about 2k annual plan.

For me, if Im getting live TV and OTT at 2k yearly, its good.
But I want to confirm if it's actual live TV available or only OTT at binge

You ask the tata play binge operator for the livetv channel list. All channels are waste channels and you might not heard. No famous channel included. YouTube has more better live tv channels
