I’ve been using the Tata Neu Plus card since mid-2023, starting with an ₹80K limit that was increased to ₹1.3L after 6 months. In mid-2024, I requested an upgrade but was declined.
Later, I opted for the Pixel Play card — HDFC split my limit between ₹40K for Pixel Play and the rest for Tata Neu Plus. Over the next 6 months, I actively used Pixel Play for offline, online, and SmartBuy transactions.
In June this year, I again reached out to customer care for an upgrade — declined. Then I emailed Priority Redressal — declined again. I escalated to PnO, who simply forwarded my request back to Priority Redressal.
Finally, after 14 days, they approved the upgrade, and within 10 more days my new Millennia card arrived. Last week, Tata Neu Plus was deactivated.
It took 10+ emails and 45 days of follow-up, but I finally got the upgrade!
