I think it is not coming for people who don't have card. I had plus card and closed it. My brother has infinity card which Iam using sometimes.

I think they changed the banner in their gift cards page which got everyone confused. You get 5% back if you pay using tata neu infinity card. Else you get nothing. You can raise a ticket but they said its just a mistake and ill get 5% if i pay by card.

I paid via tat neu upi and then used hdfc card . Got only 10 coins

you need to pay via card directly. If you are not getting the credit card option, then most likely you dont have any tata neu card with that account

Statement generated and I received only 450 NeuCoins with Legend Tier an Infinity card.
