Tata neu infinity upi transaction shows incorrect neucoin

Hello Friends,

Today i did a 1 lakh UPI to a merchant and I can see only 375 neucoins unlocking on June 01 2025. I did the transaction through tata neu app (using tata neu upi id).. so shouldn't I get 1.5% neu coins? Or if it is restricted to 500 neu coins per month even then 375 seems to be less. Anyone knows what could have caused this?
And as I did transaction just today and my billing cycle is 01st of every month so ideally previous month's neu coins also don't get counted under the 500 neu coins category.
Anyone any idea what's going on here?

No surprises. Tata neu being Tata neu 😂

Ideally you should get 1% of upi transaction amount directly on Tata neu app post transaction( activated after a month) and the rest 0.5% through statement credit.
