Min on hdfc card u should have 1.5l for getting infinite

I got 1.5 lakhs limit but card is tata neu plus
Can I ask for upgrade?

When I requested to upgrade my tata nue plus they told me minimum limit should be 1.75 lac for upgrade to infinity.

I had asked tata neu customer care first, they said contact with hdfc bank customer support. Hdfc customer support said minimum 1.75 lac required to upgrade in infinity my credit limit 1.55 lac, I also tell them many people get upgrade at 1.50 lac but denied and said minimum should be 1.75 lac to upgrade.

I had my paytm hdfc credit card with limit 3 lakhs, that I had closed in December and in April I sent 1rs. To that card for generating April months statement and had sent them the statement of that card to increase the limit also.

Oh means you are getting limit transferred from paytm HDFC to neu infinity?
