Do i require a Priority Pass for my Tata Neu Infinity Rupay Select card or can i access international lounges outside india with my rupay card and what will be the procedure.

1. U have Tataneu Infinity, obviously have to check the following page (similarly every card from every bank has a product features page):

2. Locate section related to lounge (and in your case international lounge):
As per above URL they specifically mentioned Priority Pass for VISA, and none for Rupay. What that means? same what they mentioned.
They also specified charges and what happens to those charges. What that means? same what they mentioned.
