Tata Neu card- Did not get 5% Coins

I am using Tata neu card infinity recntly made insurance transactions

07/10/2024 -LIC payment -24837INR
11/10/2024 -TATA AIA policy amount -51125INR

But here i did not get the coins as per 5% i need to get more.
My bill generate date is 14th of every month and due date is 3rd of every month
could any one can help me understand why it is less coins ?

How much you got rewards for total all total Tata neu bill payments. As you got 1.5% neucoins same month. Which is correct to be calculated as 1283. I have calculated that comes out to be true. But what about 3.5% ? How much you got next month for 3.5% next month? According to me it should be 2993 neucoins, provided if you have not done any more tata neu payments for october month. What you got?

What is that 3500 neu coins (page 2 item 5 tatapayment)? Is that for the insurance payment last month?
