Normal Swiggy one almost always delivers my order late. Minimum 15-20 mins late because they group it. Not just 2 or 3 orders, 7 to 10 of my last 15 orders.

Since black promises on time delivery, how has that been for you'll?

Note - my Swiggy one is active till end of 2026 due to free membership coupons from amex, indusind, etc..

Over my six months as a BLCK member, I've received 3-4 ₹100 coupons across a maximum of 15 orders. However, these coupons come with tight restrictions: they expire within two days of the order placed time, and you need a minimum order value of ₹199 to use them. Honestly, this doesn't feel like a significant benefit. I've also found BLCK delivery times are often unavailable during peak times, and I've even had an order delayed by 30 minutes past the promised delivery time.

Swiggy Black is not worth the cost for deliveries alone in my view. Someone mentioned earlier that there are additional benefits (free drinks / desserts) for Dineout but I hardly eat out and so not useful for me. Mine is due for renewal soon and I am not renewing it.
