For HDFC Swiggy CC holders, got a question for you

Have you changed the Phone number of your Swiggy account after receiving the Swiggy card? If Yes, does the connection between your Swiggy Account and the Swiggy CC break?

Guys,

Wanted to change my RMN of HDFC to my secondary number from my primary, as I have HDFC Swiggy CC LTF offer on my secondary number and I can't change my Swiggy RMN...

So, here is my experience of changing my HDFC RMN, as it happens..
It seems I need to wait for 48 hours from the request time..

Steps:

1) Need to login to Self Service web site:

Home · Customer Journey

2) Provide , current RMN and OTP, and give the new RMN and OTP and authenticate via DC / net banking etc..

3) Wait for 48 hours to get this into effect.. We have an...

Thanks for the link, I went through it. My situation is actually opposite of what SSV has gone through.

I am asking about changing Phone number of Swiggy account after obtaining the Swiggy CC. I am not changing my bank RMN.

swiggy account - no, u have to create new swiggy with new number (same for paytm, phonepe, tataneu etc. fintech or food related apps).. only few shopping apps currently allowing to change mobile number, but 90% apps currently didn't support. U have to create new account (for convenience).

About changing RMN to work with other swiggy - above thread might help.

I have changed...Yes the connection breaks & you cannot see card details through swiggy app. But you will get cashback by saving & using swiggy credit card. Kindly mark this as solution

I am assuming you can manage the card through the MyCards app from HDFC?
