Swiggy account deactivated, how to apply swiggy hdfc card?

So somehow it's been 5 years i can't really login swiggy with my primary number. It says account deactivated. Maybe the previous user of my number did something and they say they won't activate swiggy on my number. My problem is that Only way to apply for hdfc swiggy card is via offer on swiggy app after logging in, in my case how would that work?
I can't use some other swiggy account number as while applying it doesn't allow to change the number.

Not necessarily I applied Swiggy CC through HDFC portal. Btw you can ask for floater card if you're sn existing CC holder.

I have diners hdfc millennia as ltf but whatever card i ask for they say we have stopped issuing cards as ltf(tried upgrading millennia to rg)
Will they give me hdfc swiggy card on split limit basis?

When i apply through hdfc portal, I see below message,

Hi! It looks like you already have a card with us. To manage your card, visit mycards.hdfcbank.com on your mobile.

Only pixel card is split limit in HDFC all others are shared limits.

What's the difference between split limit and shared limit

Split is like 100 gets divided into 50-50 or 60-40.

Shared is both cards have 100 combined. So if you use 20 on any of the one, you have 80 left to use for both combined. Essentially it's 2 cards but with a limit like 1.
