I wrote too, but to the support team. What i understood is, no point in talking to supermoney support team. They dont even know how to cancel the ongoing application in supermoney from backend, so that we can re check if we are eligible for the pro card now.
Everything is in Axis banks hand. Supermoney support replies the same thing to everyone that, currently by banks eligibility check, we are not offered for pro card. Ince we'll be eligible, post that in supermoney app, the ongoing application will vanish automatically abd we should be able to re check for eligibility of pro card.
Supermoney support team is of no use is what i understood.
May be contacting axis customer care may give us some new information. Anyone tried yet?
