I got the option after 20-25 days after closing the Neo rupay. Applied for it. Approved
Does it mean i too have to close axis ace to get it ? I have no other axis cards
You need some existing relationship for easier approval, so dont close your only axis card, ie ace

Yes, max card policy of three applies to super money card and hence you are required to close one of the three axis cards

@SSV So my total cards are 4 from Axis. Just wanted to confirm if someone got the Pro card after they were left with 3 cards only? I am planning to close 1 card. But can't close any more from Axis.
Also I see in Supermoney app that they have provided button for Supercard pro. Shall I use the same or wait after how many days closure of my card?

I don't think closing Axis cards will make any direct impact on the eligibility of the pro card. They are checking experian credit report for eligibility. Either there should be a change in the eligibility criteria at super money or change in your experian score which they check only once in 3 months to trigger the eligibility for the pro card. until then it is only a waiting game...

My application was rejected on 25th may, closed the neo card card after few days. Got the option on 20th june to apply again, before it was stuck at fd page. Applied on 26th, got approved. I am still not sure if it is because of the card closing or not. It was just a guess.

I have tried to apply after closing the third Axis card and after making sure it is properly reflected in the credit bureaus. Still getting only fd card option...
Close, 1 card from your 3 axis cards..
Wait for a couple of weeks and then test your luck

That's why I told it's just a wild guess. No one knows for sure what are the eligibility criteria.

Same here. Didn't even know about this card in the first place. Thanks to the TF community and a few posts on X, downloaded the SM app and voila, I was pre-approved. No VKYC nothing needed. Just had to click on apply and follow the steps. Its already done now and the card is showing up in the app. Waiting for the physical one to be delivered.

Set upi pin thru axis app, do a transaction of 500 on Flipkart, pay through supermoney, axis cars upi. Get 500cb on 500 spend
