So, I tried my first transaction at a local grocery store, scanned with the Super Money App, but got no cashback. Weird, since my Kiwi Rupay card used to give me some. Was hoping for that sweet 3% flat cashback, but no luck. Maybe the MCC’s off or something?

In last month supermoney has silently stopped giving cashbacks for several types incl irctc and small merchants. Faced this issue in last month and stopped using spermoney at these merchants.

So you did not get my point earlier in Pixel you must spend 20k for 5% categories for pro there is no restriction on 3% except those stated in TnC.

Umm..you need to spend 10k max to get 500 for those 5% CBs.

And the above poster just showed us that some transactions won't work for CB....

Ah, that’s unfortunate. I don’t have any use for this card other than my regular UPI spends, upto 4-5k a month. If it doesn’t work, I’ll just close it.

I get how statement credits work based on the T&Cs, but from what I understand, you only get actual cashback as a statement credit for transactions they consider eligible. I don’t think the transaction I mentioned earlier qualifies for that—though I feel like it should have.

I guess it's too early to jump into a conclusion. Let's give this card some time. First statement should clear all doubts users have.

People mostly use upi in local grocery shops. If grocery is excluded then it's useless card. Better to use other cards in supermoney(like airtel 1% or octane 2.5% for grocery + extra cb from super money). Even normal non cc upi gives some amount of cb.

Thank God they rejected my pro application. Do not need more headache.

Kiwi will now give cb in multiples of 100 , so bad luck there also,

Some users on reddit reported that
Whichever txns are eligible for cb in super pro card , those are shown by the app as "eligible" before making a payment.
If its showing ineligible then u won't get.

Although this is not confirmed yet as no one has recd their statements and cb as of now. Time will unfold
