Suggestion needed

I need to make vendor payments. Need a credit card suggestion as to which will be most rewarding. I don't need much miles or hotel points. Need cashback or gv. I have following credit cards
Axis Magnis
Axis Ace

ICICI Rubyx
ICICI mmt signature
ICICI platinum
ICICI coral rupay

Hdfc upi credit card
Hdfc times titanium credit card

Will it be beneficial to spend via Bharat Nxt ? As 1.2-1.3 % surcharge is there ? These are genuine vendor payments. Payment amount is more than 1 lakh.

I made payment using Bharat Nxt app with axis magnus. Customer care told there will be no problem with genuine vendor payments. Let's see what happens.
