Better approach MMT holidays, they will give you an itinerary first. You will get an fair idea about what all places to be covered. Inform them the budget and persons and vehicle needed.

They will give you a better itinerary. If everything goes well and you are fine with budget, you can pay them using MMT holidays voucher, as flights are already booked.

Flight till bagdogra right??

Day 1 arrive at Gangtok from Bagdogra and spent the evening in mg Marg. Also be try to get the permit for Lachung and Gurudongmar. Stay at Gangtok

Day 2 Gangtok sightseeing, the waterfalls, monastery and all. Avoid rushing as family are travelling. If the permits were not made on day 1, do on this day. Stay at Gangtok

Day 3 Travel to Lachung, Yumtang and zero point. Stay at Lachung

Day 4 Lachung to Lachen, Gurudongmar, and Thangu Valley. Back to Gangtok. Stay at Gangtok.

Day 5 - Zuluk, Silk route (optional), stay overnight.

Or

Rangpo, Namchi (char dham), pelling, Ravangla (Budhdha Park) and Yeksim Then stay at Pelling. I prefer this over silk route.


Day 6

Complete the pelling part from Day 5. Stay in Pelling.

Day 7
then return to bagdogra

I don't know abt your flight timings.

But if possible try to get these done.

If it looks more hectic, avoid darjeeling and complete the rest.

Taxi consider 4k/day per vehicle.. consider 4 vehicles, so total 16k*7= 112k

Room 2k*4*6= 48k.

Food .5k*18*7= 63k.

Total including room, travel and food - avg 2.23L.
