Hello, I have almost the same spends and same cards as of you. The only difference is I have Atlas instead of RG. Plus I have Swiggy HDFC.
Infact with RG and TNI you can cover almost all of your expenses. It would be good to consolidate all your spends to 2-3 cards so that you can easily hit the milestones as well.

Coming to your spends, You can combine them in different ways, there is no one best card that can give maximum rewards.
For UPI – you can easily use TNI on Neu app - 1.5% neu coins, which you can use for flights, hotels, or tata brand purchases in the neu app.
Travel – Here you can use RG via smartbuy or tata neu card.
Food – This is where you can think of getting a Live+ or Swiggy for 10% cashback. Or you can stick to RG/TNI. TNI gives 10% on zomato.
Bills – Easily TNI on neu app for 5% cashback.
Gold & Silver - You can buy vouchers of jwellery using RG and buy gold. Or directly swipe for offline purchases.
Medical – Again, RG/TNI or you acn buy through pharmeasy smartbuy or through vouchers.
Shopping – Same cards again. Plus if you want you can use Amazon Pay for 5% cashback.

If you have good spends on RG, you will get quarterly milestone benefits as well as yearly milestone benefits.

I believe Celesta is almost useless now, Tiger can be used for lounge + 2 movies a year.

After spending good amount on RG, oyu can try for Infinia upgrade. That's tough though.
Else, if Atlas was being issued, you could have tried that.
Amex Plat travel is also good. Try when they open applications.
I don't think you will be able to extract enough benefits from EPM/Infinia/M4B/Premier kind of cards with these spends.

In short, RG, TNI, Atlas, Plat Travel, Swiggy, Live+, etc should be good enough.

Thanks man, this is great!

Yes it's LTF, family has an Axis card.
Then you shouldn't close this.
Axis is worst bank i know, but it has given some of the best cards in past.
And it's very easy to get their cards if you have one. It's just a call away.
In future you may need one.
I would recommend you to keep it though you may not use it. Just do one transaction of minimum amount every three to six months
