Had a scary yet positive experience with Yes bank recently. I missed a call from Yes transaction monitoring team only to realize some time later that a fradulent transaction of around USD 850 (at Hilton) was declined and my card had been blocked.
International transactions were disabled on my card, but their monitoring provided an extra layer of security. I spoke to their customer care and got a new card delivered within 3 days.
Tip for everyone to always keep their international transactions disabled unless they are traveling abroad. These transactions can go through without an OTP. Even when traveling, keep a small per transaction and per day limit. I am not sure how the card number got into hands of these fraudsters since I have mostly used it online on reliable websites.
