This provides 5% cashback up to 500 per month with per transaction limit of 100.

Has anyone opened it with 25k MAB Axess plus savings account?

I have not received it even once. Waiting for it this month. I think this needs patience like Axis Magnus.


The 25k account is good enough for most people. The perks mentioned may be not really perks:

1) Dedicated RM - Unless this is vital, most can skip it
2) mutual funds are best done with direct source which has no hidden charges. These distributors charge unwanted 1-2% which we can save by using something like coin or mutual fund website.
3) complimentary Titanium card - This card is usually given free and I hold it free. It is useless except for fuel. We have many indirect choices like HP pay to get better rates for fuel. This card is free for me but I have better option these days. If you really need this card, get it and use it extensively and ask for lifetime free. They will make it LTF.
4) ultimate card is available even for lower account like 25k. Just make sure you get a credit card like smart from SC and use it. Once limit crosses 4L, apply for Ultimate using the official website and pay ₹1 and approval in w days. No need to have 5L account.

Man I opened sc acct to get the sc smart credit card but I'm unable to. Last time I applied everything was set then customer care asked for TDS and employment proof which I don't have and he said this card can be given to salaried employees only. Then I got to know abt the 500 loot 😝

That someone if u go through the full thread said that he opened 2lac mab account and got this cb card then downgraded the account right
U too try that but subject to a fee later months which we don’t know as of now

Do we know now? I just upgraded my 25k mab acct to 2L mad acct and my prime cashback dc is on my way. I thinking of downgrading to 25k mab acct after one or 2 months . Do we know if card will get charged after downgrading?
Also can we pay cc bill using this card 2000x5 per month on mobikwik or Paytm for the 500 per month? Also 100x2 cb if I do snapay utility bill pay paying 2.5% change and get 10% upto 100 2 times . Did anybody try?

I never used in snapay so no idea about it
The charges part after ur card issuance and account conversion yes it will be charged since scb is more stingy bank

I hold free card since my account need 15l min balance so no idea of charges
2000 X 5 times u have to split and pay cc bill for 500/- cb

I just paid cc from mobikwik let's see if I get it .
Shall do all those other txn next month 2000 each and see how much we get.

SC is no where close to banks like icici or hdfc. However everything works. Cashback will come on time.

Nothing is permanent in rewards life ! SC is giving for quite a long time for many including me. I have SC titanium for 20 years and got enough cashback (even refunds gst)

What kind of pre approved offer u were looking for? Just for sc smart and sc ultimate cc pre approved offer just after 2 days of upgrading my 25k mab acct to 2L mab acct.
