Standard Chartered - Card, Balance, Rewards Points All Gone... !!!

I had erstwhile Barclays card.. which was transferred to SC card in year 2012.. sometimes...
They send my SC card but never used... So that to use it couple of years back...
The card was blocked... so I requested to replace but got the reply
they cant issue me a card... reverted to give me a reason.

I have credit card of 139 rs. in it... dont know who to get it back.

also have some points in that...it was showing in old statements (year 2020.) but not in recent statements... show it seems it expired

I am still getting their statement and sms but not card.... Strange...

Suggest next step to recover card, balance, points

You can ask them for refund of outstanding credit balance of INR139 either via DD or to any bank account of yours (if they support).
Reward points might have some expiry and even if not, they gets forfeited in case of card closure by self or the bank.

If you don't claim it within 2 weeks, they can send it to RBI, learnt it the hard way.
