Hi,

I am not able to buy Apay voucher for 10k on Infinia addon card this month. Trying for last couple of days and transaction failing each time. Was able to buy in April on both primary as well as on addon card.

Have they somehow merged apay buying limit on primary and addon cards?

I bought 5k with addon yesterday. Had bought 10k with primary about 15 days back.

I am trying with my own add on Infinia metal card. Primary card is under brother.

My brother doesn't buy gift card etc with his infinia metal primary card.

I just tried right now and it gave me error saying

Your Order No (HSBxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) has failed. Please try again. Thank you.

Anyways, I tried then with Payzapp and it worked right away. Payzapp is such a breeze.

isnt add-on and primary card number same in HDFC with OTP only on primary?

Worked for me today using Infinia add-on. Add-on has a different card number and phone number from primary.

This happens when the card is blocked from Gyftr.. Don't ask for reasons it is random and they have lot of restrictions

it used to be same but now we get different number, you can cancel your add-on and apply a new one to get a different number

Infinia upgraded from Regalia. The old add-on has the same number, but the new add-ons got different numbers.
