I am getting an offer of Smart Salary Advantage account upgraded to Smart Salary Exclusive Account.
Should i consider it
I am not getting much information regarding fee/charges and benefits on yes bank website.

I think, if you are getting the upgrade offer from the bank itself then I am sure your dad is already fulfilling all the requirements. However, you can also go through the terms & condition section on that. I not aware of detailed requirements.
