Should I request for Visa Millennia (Have HDFC Diners club Millennia)?

I have Diners club international Millennia card and it's not accepted everywhere.

will i lose any benifit in Diners club (Other than Diners club Lounge advantages )?

Yes. It will be lost. Diners club international Millennia card's lounge benefit is not there in VISA variant.
