Should I have this RBL Shoprite Card LTF? RBL bank is really shady.

So, I have applied for this RBL Shoprite Credit Card as LTF via one agent. I got a limit of 75000 with documents of 95000 monthly income. But I haven't activated the card yet. It's almost like 1 month.

But I have been really pissed off by RBL bank executives calling for different offers and all.

One such instance really crossed it limits. One executive called one day telling that my card has a pre-activated offer from which 8999 + GST would be deducted my card and my card is not even activated now. I told them I did not give any consent or confirmation on such offer. They said that the offer is pre-activated and can not be cancelled. They also denied the fact that my card is unconditionally lifetime free.

But after emailing to escalation mail, I finally got calls from RBL and they confirmed my card is LTF and no such offer is there on my card. They said, those calls are just fraud and all. But, I can vouch on that those calls are from genuine RBL executives. And the numbers were also like company numbers.

Due to all this shady behavior, I am really in a dilemma if I should activate this card or let go. Today I received a call that today is the last day to activate my card. So, I want some advices from you guys.

Thanks in advance.

ShopRite is Ltf most of the time. Paytm or cashkaro etc, it's easier to just apply online. Agents are always shady, especially RBL agents; they will try to fool you into upgrading your new credit card with a higher-fee one. I have been using an Life easy RBL credit card for one year, and I actually have zero issues on usage. Support reply is also good, and they call themselves but there agents are scammers. I haven't gotten any spam after my card was activated ; maybe email them for DND on such calls.
