Should I go for paid Magnus for Burgundy for moderate spends?

I just had a few questions about Magnus for Burgundy, that perhaps might help everyone!

1. My expenses are primarily through GVs. So is it possible to maximize/concentrate spends in 2 or 3 months, by buying GVs from different sites like Amazon, Woohoo, Zingoy, etc.? Will they count towards the monthly milestone of 1.5 lakhs?
2. Are travel edge prices competitive?
3. After Accor, which is the next best redemption option(in terms of value back) ? For someone who doesn't travel a lot.
4. Has anyone recently got this card ltf? My RM says not possible. I am sceptical.

Fyi- my current spends are on Infinia. I already have a Burgundy relationship in Axis.

I got it recently. Had to deposit 10L in a savings account. After 2 months, called customer care and I was eligible. Had to pay the fees though.

If I may ask, did you get it for any specific transaction with a bigger amount or for general spends?
